<p>I guess we still are waiting until around the 28, 29 for the decisions to be posted online? I cannot wait. I was deferred from Early Action and I hope to get in or at least know so I can make plans to go to another school. When it gets closer, let's start an Official Decision thread with everyone's stats and decision status. 2 more weeks!</p>

<p>I'm in the same boat as you two. I was deferred early. I have a feeling I'm going to hear back from a good majority of my schools before UNC and UNC is my second choice. :-</p>

<p>i live in chapel hill and the admissions office has been saying "March 31st and not before" to all the kids calling from my high school</p>

<p>ED decisions (i got deferred) came out the afternoon of he 28th, so maybe some time today i hope??</p>
<p>but you got to look at when the 28th was in january. according to my calendar it is in the middle of the week. the 28th in March is on a Monday. Thus, the admissions people will probably mail them out today and tomorrow and we'll get them in the next few days whereas in January they mailed them on Monday and we got them on wed/thurs or so. Comprendre?</p>
<p>If it helps, this is how EA went:
Wednesday, Jan 26- Letters were mailed out
Friday, Jan 28- Letters were received, notification posted online
Monday, Jan 31- "Official" notification</p>

<p>The 28th was a Friday, as Warbler said. I would think most people will get them Wednesday/Thursday, right on time. Maybe people more in the area tomorrow unless they are going to mail theirs tomorrow. Anyone have any idea as to when they will post the decisions online? I know early admissions I received my deferral in the mail before it was posted online that day. Good luck!</p>

<p>son of a b*tch... I called the admissions office and asked when the decision would be online and the girl told me "not before march 31st". Why can't they end our suffering and let us know 2 days early. err</p>
<p>The accepted student packages for EA were big white envelopes that said "Carolina" in big "baby blue" letters down the side.</p>

<p>I went to visit UNC today. Happened to see the undergraduate admission office so I went in and asked if they could tell me my decision but they said they can't but the decisions will be sent sometime this week. (which everybody already knows)</p>
