I applied to one of the residential programs, but wasn't accepted. I heard from a person who graduated this year that this by no means takes me out of the running for that particular house, and that I might still be able to get it in the lottery.

Does anyone know if this is true or not? I'd LOVE to get my first choice still, even if it's not in the res prog....

Thanks in advance!

If you put it on your housing list, then yes. Otherwise no.

Did you apply to Mentor’s Program?

Hmm, i put the program as my 1st choice, but didn’t know that I could put that house as my second choice… seems kinda weird that you’d be out of the running completely though.

How did you find out you were rejected?

Emailed the contact person on the residential program information…

what program did you apply to?

Millhouse,

What do you know about the Mentor Program at Riepe?

I actually got the flip side of the situation. I didn’t apply for a program but somehow got in… but I’m not complaining, because I ended up in the Quad :D

haha what program?

damn lucky…I got screwed out of Entrepreneurship and the Quad…

I don’t think that the programs are that big of a deal anyway. So don’t worry. I’m doing the Harnwell Int’l program but I doubt it will be a big deal commitment.
