I applied to Siena College (they waived my application fee and everything) and I was wondering how strong the Catholicism is at that school?
Do they make you take religious classes or anything like that?
I am not religious at all. I'm not exactly atheist in the sense that I hate god. I am athiest in the sense that I lack religious beliefs and I do not want them to be forced upon me. However, I respect others' beliefs as long as they respect mine, or lack there of.
Is the religious affiliation going to be an issue if I get accepted and decide to attend?

Enrolled students are expected to take one religion class at Siena- but it does not have to be focused on the tenets of a particular faith (Catholic). I know at some schools they offer Ethics classes and comparative religions in the religion departments. Many students do not go to church, but the school prides itself on its Franciscan roots and its dedication to service in the community.
