<p>That depends, what do you mean by request?</p>
<p>There was a glitch with my roommate request and so I called them. They told me to send an email explaining the situation and that they would reply as soon as they can.</p>
<p>I would send the email and then call again to make sure someone received it. That way it doesn’t get lost in the hundreds of daily emails. </p>
