Requirements for college? Help!

Hello, I am currently a sophomore in high school and I have no idea what to do. Here are my class for right now:

AP World
Honors English
Earth Science (regular class)
Geometry (regular class)

Its really hard to explain, but basically they're letting take chemistry (regular class) this year and then next year, I get to take AP Physics (which I definitely do not want to take) or college level scale forensics class. Then in senior year, I HAVE to take AP Bio.
So:
Chemistry (sophomore year) > Forensics (junior year) > AP Bio (senior year)

However, if I do not take chemistry this year, here are the future classes I'm gonna take:
Earth science (regular class, sophomore year) > Chemistry (regular class, junior year) > option between AP Bio or AP Environmental (senior year)

My guidance counselor says to stay in earth science because I would have 3 science lab units for the colleges I want to apply for such as Binghamton, Penn State, Stonybrook, BU, Queens and etc.

What should I do? Does forensics count as a science unit for these colleges?

Is this forensic science? Like CSI stuff? or Forensics - speech and debate?
I think a lab based forensic science class would count the same as earth or environmental science.
But neither is what I would consider a “core” science - Bio, Chem, Physics.
If you want to apply in a science major, you may need the physics.
I googled your suggested colleges and didn’t see anything that suggested that either sequence would be a problem.
