What could be a reason for SDSU to rescind thier offer of admission?

Would having noted a class as complete on the supplemental app, but then SDSU deciding not to give you credit for it? The instructions said to select classes with similar tiles and descriptions which i did
But im an out of state student so they may or may not give me credit for every class i noted as complete.

Your admission may be rescinded for reasons such as the following:
Your GPA or course grades are lower than what you reported on the application
You miss any admission deadlines
You earn D or F grades
You misreported or did not complete a required course
