I am applying to Harvard EA and am wondering if I should include a letter of rec from a doctor whose lab I worked in over the summer and into this year. I feel like the letter would add validity to my claims of research in other parts of my application, but I also don’t want to burden application readers with an unnecessary letter. Should I include it or no?
Also, the mentor was raised in India and while she is incredible intelligent her English writing isn’t the best. Do I need to worry about grammar mistakes in her writing when she sends it in? Or will colleges not look badly at me for her errors.
bump?
If the school accepts additional recommendations, then you may send that in. Many schools only accept LoRs from teachers and GC though.
H will accept an additional rec letter. One additional to your 2 teacher recs and your counselor rec is fine. More, would simply water down your app.
