Residential College and College of Lit?

I'm applying EA and i live in Delaware so i've never visited....... but I want to be an English major so I like the idea of the ResCo. i'm into art and good music but i wouldn't call myself hipster or artsy even though my friends sometimes say i am hahah. I make friends with everyone not just one set demographic of people. so i don't know if i'm completely sold on only applying to the ResCo cause i've never visited and I don't want to isolate myself from the rest of campus. I'd like to be considered for admission but I also kind of still want to apply to the College of literature sciences and the arts. Are you considered for both schools admission if you apply to the Resco? or can you apply to the college of literature and then get into the res co? and does anyone know if there's a difference in admission rates between the two schools?

I have a friend who applied to LSA EA and then decided she wanted to go in the RC. So it is possible to get in RC after already being admitted to LSA w/o actually doing the RC app. And since getting accepted to the RC means you’re also accepted to LSA, it also means that you are free to drop RC at any time you’d like if you no longer want to be in it.

I have two friends currently in the RC, and I would not say either are hipsters. Both of them are having a wonderful time.

Best of luck to you!
