@himanshu - Hey. As SAT456 said - can you post the link with the acceptance rate for needy Internationals. Among optimisticer, SAT456, myself & himanshu - we’ve got pretty HIGH competition!

@optimisticer - Case was a SAFETY for me, it has now been upgraded ad-hoc to a REACH. :/

All I see on their website is that 7% of the student body is international. I don’t think you guys need to worry about it. I will stand corrected if someone provides a link to an official source. Good luck to all!

This year Case Western has received around 18000 applications! So, the competition is tough!

Nai Rishav, take me out from that list. My SAT score (esp CR) is no way near the scores of you guys. So, I just can’t hope to get accepted and that too with aid :(

I checked online a couple weeks ago and I thought Case had all of my requirements. All green checks. After hearing about decisions being released tomorrow I checked again and the website is saying my midyear grade report is needed. Am I screwed? I requested this to be sent from my guidance counselor weeks ago. Is the mid year grade report a requirement for admission? Thanks.

@SAT456, You never know what could happen in college admission so dont worry

@awesomeaustin5, depends on the school. My school goes by trimesters so i have not sent my mi year grades yet. Its too late now to call but maybe tomorrow i would call. I do not think it would impact your decision because it is your counselor job to keep up with sending materials so you should not be penalized.

@awesomeaustin5 - I don’t think the colleges will reject you/or not give you a decision just because your mid year report hasn’t been submitted. They’ll just have lesser info to give a decision that’s all.
