Resume: How Much Is Too Much?

What is the proper level of detail for the "Additional Information" resume? As it stands, I put all of my APs and SAT IIs there, as well as all academic competitions in which I've held leadership positions or won awards, internships, and jobs. Do I have too much already, is it just right, or can I add even more detail (clubs that I am actively involved in but have not won awards for, things that I only did for one year, general interests/hobbies, or anything like that?

If you can answer the question just based on the information above, please do. Here is my resume, if you need to see it to address how specific it should be.

I don’t see the reason for putting the AP scores and SAT II scores in the Additional Information section since: one, the AP scores are mentioned in another section on the Common App, and two, the SAT II Scores will be sent to the college through collegeboard. Doesn’t it seem a little redundant to mention them again?

Neither the APs nor the SAT II’s fit in the space that CommonApp provides. I figured it was better if I had them all in one place (I squeezed as many as I could into the CommonApp sections as well), but someone please correct me if I’m wrong.

holy **** thats a lot of tests. Half of CB’s revenue is coming from you! I thought I was good until I saw you.

To answer your question, don’t put AP scores as part of additional info. Just do the ones that fit in the common app. You can ask your counselor to give out the other AP scores in the transcript or send them from CB yourself. In addition, SAT Subject Tests will be sent from CB as well so just fit what you can in the common app section but not additional info. I would keep the resume as it is (doesn’t it have to be less than 2000 characters though?)
