Can i update a resume that i have already uploaded? I might be doing some more community services soon but that will probably be in the next month or so and I need to add a little bit more community involvement. Can i just resend a new one and they just ignore the oldest?

Yes, you can send them an updated one. Send the same one you sent before with the new information added.
