I understand that we're not supposed to submit a resume *in lieu *of the activities list, but does that mean we should not send one it all? Would it be beneficial to send one in in addition to what's on the application already, or would it just be a waste to send it in?

It's probably somewhere between "beneficial" and "a waste".

It's not necessarily beneficial to send it in -- if you have a laundry list of activities that don't take up much time, it probably won't help. But if you have a lot of activities that are near and dear to your heart, and they won't all fit on the application, by all means send a resume as supplemental material.

Thanks for the reply.

I dont wanna make a new thread so I'll just ask here. My school has its own secondary school report form, so is it okay if they just send theirs instead of sending the MIT form? Or should I really push for them to send the MIT version?

I have the same question. My school has their own guidance counselor form.

Does it really matter which one MIT receives?
