RETP vs. TAG vs. Transfer Agreements

<p>I am interested in Engineering at Georgia Tech. Looked at the following link about options other than applying for admission directly.</p>

<p>It appears TAG means guaranteed admission. Not sure if it is for Engineering though.</p>

<p>If I were to enroll in RETP, is it guaranteed admission, if I were to get the GPA required?</p>

<p>My dad asked Georgia Tech about transfer from Montgomery College/Miami Dade. He was told, even with all required courses taken and required GPA obtained, admission is not guaranteed from either of those schools.</p>

<p>Has anyone transferred via any of these options? Feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks.</p>
