anyone know anything about rice physics w/ option in biophysics?
what's the dept size and such? at my current school there are only about 20 physics majors....

You should go online and check the Departments' pages.

i've checked the website a lot...but it just doesn't give the inside opinions and such...

Yeah I have looked around on their website as well and they just give all the technical stuff like how many credits you need to take and what classes. I would like to hear a little more as well because I am now thinking of moving into Physics.

Try e-mailing a professor. They are generally more than happy to answer any questions.

If you go to the AIP (American Institue of Physics) site http://www.aip.org/statistics/trends/undergradtrends.html
they have a roster of all physics depts across the US with numbers
of physics major graduates, etc.
