Rice vs Glynn Family Honors @ Notre Dame vs State School

I was just wondering if anyone could give me some advice!
I’ve been accepted to Rice University, Notre Dame University, UC Berkeley, Emory, and my state school (University of Alabama Birmingham). Emory and Berkeley are already out for lack of interest and financial reasons, respectively. Right now I’m really just stuck between going into debt at Rice or Notre Dame or staying out of debt but going to my state school.
For both Rice and Notre Dame I’d be looking at 25,000-30,000 in loans every year…am I insane for still considering them?
I was accepted into ND’s Glynn Family Honors Program which looks like a DREAM to me insert sigh of happiness at simply the idea of it here and am wondering if that experience would make me more competitive for things later on. I want to go to law school (another reason why racking up debt in undergrad seems like a HORRIFYING prospect to me). Would Rice or Glynn Family @ ND make me more competitive than my state school or does it not really matter in the long run?
Also, is it crazy to believe that I can make up the deficit in tuition (about $11,000 for ND and $14,000 for Rice) and then take out loans for housing and food each year (around $15,000 for ND and $13,000 for Rice)?
Basically - is it worth going into debt to be enrolled in either Rice or the Glynn Family Honors Program at ND? And is it possible/reasonable to believe I could find 11,000-14,000 in scholarships each year from various sources (shame on me for not applying to ANYTHING this year)?

Both ND and Rice are easily worth the premium over UAB, but they don’t seem to be affordable to you. I would call both schools and see if they can reconsider their financial aid offers. It would be a shame to lose out on this opportunity.
