Hey all, decisions are not out yet for rice and cornell.. but in case i make it...

I want to major in chem eng. i got admission to the other 2 schools..

cost is NOT an issue.. so dont consider tuition etc in it...(all schools also most cost the same for int +-(10 K).. and i want u all to ignore the cost issues totally.)

i dont foresee my self getting any scholarships.. so neglect that too

i dont know yet what my future plans are.. but.. there are two scenarios.. and i would like those in the know to rank the schools for both scenario's

I am an international student.. if that makes any difference..

ignore the soft factors such as campus, school size etc.. im aware of those and will consider them before making my decision.. i need a purely academic perspective here/

1) graduate in 4 years and work at TECHNICAL position ( so the employment factor shd be considered in this list)

2) graduate and go to graduate school for masters at MIT/Stanford/Caltech (top notch engineering schools)

I know this is a fairly specific question and its early days.. and i know many of you will reply saying i havnt gotten admission yet and hence shdnt be asking this question..
But.. having lurked in the engineering thread for some time.. i realized there are lots of "if"s and "but"s involved in the arguments.. (top ranked schools vs 2nd tier for undergrad etc).. my question, i hope, gets rids of "if's and "but"s since i tell you all what to consider and what not to...+ some of you are actually at these colleges, some are alums. some are hr managers..some are technical experts.. so you all can i hope not only serve me but also all students who are clear about what they want but need confidence about their decisions..
i already have my list. and views on my question, but
a) im international ( idk how us job market, us grad school admissions work).
b) i dont have someone to guide me.. abt tht stuff.. so im depending you guys to help me make a really impt decision ( 200 grand rides on this.. so it better be well spent)..

end of rant..
thank you so much
