Rieber Vista/Terrace vs. Sunset Village HELP!

Considering requesting a change to Rieber from SV…

  1. How hard is it to get a change?
  2. My reasoning is the SV plaza sizes can vary and seem to be sometimes much smaller than the Rieber plaza I’ve seen
  3. Rieber better?
  4. How does the whole room swap thing work?

I assume you want to go from a plaza to a plaza. To do that you will have to wait until fall quarter. Within the first 4 weeks there will be a room swap event and you will have to mutually swap with someone. A CAR is only for swapping room types. Ie plaza to classic or classic to suite. For the most part the plazas will all be about the same size. They are quite large for a dorm. Imagine if UCLA let people change specific buildings, it would be a logistical nightmare and a lot of angry Bruins. :slight_smile:
