<p>Hi, I was wondering if anyone has had experience with transferring from a double to a single room and how long it took until a spot opened up. I applied over a month ago and I know they said it probably won't happen till the end of the semester. In that case, do they usually have you move right before winter break or right when you get back? Is it possible that a spot will not open up at all this year? Thanks for any stories or advice you can share! </p>
