Ross

How hard is it to do well in Ross?

Thanks.

The 3-year program is a new program. We'll see how that goes starting next year.

The 2-year program was rigorous, especially Junior year. Lots of complaints from students, who said workload was intense. The 3-year program should be more spread out, with greater freedom both semesters of senior year.

Regarding grading policy, I think everything is graded on a competitive curve.

In BBA core classes: < or = 40% get A- or above; < or = 80% get B or above
In BBA electives: < or = 60% get A- or above; < or = 90% get B or above

P.S. In 200 level courses: 25% A- or above; 50% B or above; and 50% B- or below.

P.S.S. The BBA bulletin is unclear about what happens if a 200 level class is also a core class. For example, there are 9 hours of 200 level core classes for your sophomore year, including 6 hours of accounting.

How does this compare to other courses? Does anyone have the data? Specifically, an Econ major?

Wait I don't get it? So how's the curve go again!!?
