Rsi 2012

this is insane…so much anticipation!

I feel like doing it by application number would make more sense than by submission time or last name, otherwise, why would they have application numbers? If you were 21, and they sent it out by application number, then maybe YOU got accepted, darksigma! I’m app #566, so I probably won’t hear for a while. It would really be awful if they sent the stuff out over 2 days, because if they do, I’m probably not going to be sleeping tonight…

I know; my productivity index has dropped to nearly zero.

Me too…luckily I have a free block right now.

By the way, office hours for CEE end at 5:00 I believe, so maybe tomorrow is likely?

Maybe, but I’m not betting on it

Perhaps, but keep in mind, they’re EST, so it’s not even 3 yet. We have 2 more hours that it could come today…

This would suck if this was a planned ■■■■■…

I hope it’s not by application number because I’m over 1100! I was just thinking that it could be a ■■■■■… Just to drive us all insane!!

Just called CEE… The lady that answered said that all notifications will be via e-mail and not through physical mail this year, and that we should all know by Friday!!!

Please don’t be Friday, or I’ll be very sad =(. So apparently our “■■■■■” was legit. Let’s hope their email client sends out emails quickly!

“By Friday” indicates to me that there will be a lot that don’t hear today. If it’s safe to guess that the notifications are sent out evenly over the 3 days (including today), today should have up through about 350-400, tomorrow to 700-800, and everyone else on Friday (Sorry if my guess is correct @jasonmanley ). Well, that means I probably won’t be hearing anything today…Also, thanks for the update!

My application number was near 1500. I hope that its not done by application number.

Ugh just got an email, got hopes up but realized it was from UofMiami.

First, for those of you who may have already been rejected, I’m sorry! :frowning: But if you DID already hear back (good or bad) – or when you do, can you please post what the subject line was in your RSI email? I have been getting a lot of spam type mail and am reluctant to open emails now that have names I am unfamiliar with. Thanks.

I was #105…so I should be hearing back soon >.<

Please keep us updated, it would be good to figure out what the order of the emails is. Best of luck, Sophia!

How do we know our application number?

If you log back into the website, click on “My Account” then click “edit” and look at the URL, it has it.

No offense if I’m wrong, but I think latinisfun might be ■■■■■■■■. S/he says s/he got an 800 on the SAT Math II, but http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1278637-chance-ivies.html#post13771743</a> indicates otherwise.
