So my son finally received the acceptance package yesterday presumably for the SAS acceptance he received over three weeks ago. Still unopened and uninterested until the remaining two Rutgers schoolsā€™ decisions are released. Three more weeks to go. What a draconian process. I wouldnā€™t be surprised if he opts for an OOS school.

@fojo76 Yes, my son received his in the mail on Thursday (1/10) after it was disclosed online back on 12/19.

He really wasnā€™t interested in opening it up until he hears back about the other two schools. Iā€™m assuming the contents are generic Rutgers FYI acceptance materials.

@polandspring2822 Yes! Although my son got into SAS, that wasnā€™t his primary Rutgers NB school he applied to. Heā€™s still waiting for decisions from School of Engineering and the Business School.

December accepted batch ā€¦ Received fancy envelope from NB and normal from Newark . No details inside - generic welcome letter and next steps. Expected there will be specific to majors . Tossed inside drawer, waiting for some more choices.

hm i still havent receievd a fancy acceptance package from rutgers and i got accepted on the 19th of december should i have gotten one already

@fojo76 Iā€™d give it a few days more. Rutgers probably sends them out like they release their decisions - sporadically and in batches. ?
