I doubt it’s alphabetical order, my last name starts with Y and I was accepted today to business and arts & sciences (still waiting on engineering though). I completed my application on the 1st of November. Best of luck to your daughter!
I also submitted on 1st Nov for ea, and first name and last name start with A so it’s not alphabetical I think.
Yes, my DS20 received a package with letter, Tshirt, stickers, magnets, etc. He ended up going to UD, but DS22 just accepted to Business, Engineer, Arts & Science and SEBS. Really just wanted Business but since we had options we checked off a few more…the new TO landscape is making the college application process so unpredictable. Best to all, many more decisions will come. Rutgers keeps accepting students up til May.
Got in business school ea today. Anyone know if they’ll release any sort of honors college/program info?
We just checked and my son got into SAS, which is what he wanted. He’s so excited! Yay, so happy for him!
Nice
No t-shirt or magnet this year though
are they done for the day? im stressing out so much
still says application pending there what’s that mean?
OOS S got in this morning. He had applied to multiple schools within Rutgers and got accepted to them all. We thought they were 1st, 2nd and 3rd options so surprised he got into them all. He will probably choose Engineering.
When do they let you know about Financial Aid?
Anyone hear from Nursing in New Brunswick?
Yes, my DD got into School of Arts &Sciences, but Business school decision is not shown yet
We are waiting on nursing, too!
D admitted to NB Business and SAS. Woot!
The Honors College or Program notifications are sent in March.
thanks for the info!!
Has anyone gotten an acceptance for sure this morning, not last night and just didn’t check?
Don’t worry about not hearing yet from NB Rutgers Business School (RBS). My son added RBS as a third backup three years ago - he applied as an engineering major. He didn’t get an RBS decision until the last wave in late January/early February.
But I have only applied to 1 school and not any second preference. That too EA
It really comes down to the shear volume of applications received. The fact that you haven’t heard back is good. You are still being considered. At least you haven’t been rejected. Just know that it typically will take several waves to get a decision especially in the EA cycle. Frankly, I wish the EA cycle wrapped up in mid-December so students can decide whether to put out more applications if their ED/EA schools don’t pan out. We’re going through this now with my second son. Some decisions from schools like Rutgers and UVA don’t get released until well into the RD cycle which is kind of late. Unfortunately, I will have to revisit this again in two years when my last child goes through this circus again. Hang in there!
Yeah, I only have the concern if I should apply to more schools for RD which I will now. Thanks for the info
