Rutgers or Baruch

<p>I live in NYC and got accepted to both Rutgers and CUNY Baruch. I want to study International Business but am having varying opinions on which school is better for this particular program, internships, study abroad, etc. I do intend on studying abroad. Which school would you choose? Thanks.</p>
