Hi, for those of you from NY:

have you ever heard of S-PREP run by columbia university (saturday program)? I'm hispanic but not underpriviledged.

http://cpmcnet.columbia.edu/dept/ps...fairs/prep.html

if you have, what do you know about it, and is it good? Is there a lot of homework? How good is it to participate in this program?

Thanks! I'm a student, but no one on the high school section knew what S-PREP even was. :S

sorry about that! this website abbreviates the links! ;)

Sounds like a good program. I'm guessing it's not for seniors, because they have SAT prep?

Well, it's for all high schoolers.

I'd go for 11th and 12th if I went.

Do you think it's a good idea? Even with the load of 11th grade work?

I'm pretty confident I'll get in, so that's not the issue...
