<p>Hi im a senior from New Jersey. Ive already started applying to schools. I am apply to Wisconsin, Penn State, Indiana, Syracuse, Binghamton, Rutgers-NB, Ithaca Coll, Delaware, Ohio State, and Pittsburgh. I am in need of a safety school. Any suggestions?</p>

<p>How much will your family pay each year? THAT answer will likely determine where you should apply for yourl safety schools.</p>
<p>a school is NOT a safety unless you’re 100% certain that you have all costs covered. </p>
<p>BTW…you have a lot of OOS publics on your list. If your parents won’t pay the costs for those schools then they likely won’t be affordable even if accepted. If they won’t be affordable, then remove them from your list.</p>
<p>However, if your parents will pay $50k+ per year for any school, then we can give you a number of schools that will accept you.</p>

You can narrow it by using SAT ranges to eliminate schools that are too selective, and use the urban/suburban/rural/town options to narrow it down further.</p>
<p>Then check the common data sets for each school to compare to your grades/test scores. And heed mom2collegekids: It’s not a safety if you can’t afford it.</p>
