So my kid is a senior, but doing 4th (and 5th) year at SAIS. GPA is 3.9+.
Does the PBK chapter look at Sais students or only traditional seniors? Any SAIS people know? Also, anyone know when the invitations are sent out?

I know it's a silly distinction, but she's worked so hard to get outstanding grades, I'm wondering if she is even eligible.

The 4th year is the first year at SAIS but also counts as the 4th year at KSAS, and the BS is awarded at the end of that 4th year so she will graduate KSAS with the cohort that she entered with. She would be eligible for any honors she qualifies for at that time.

In answer to my original question, (in case anyone searches for it using SAIS and Phi Beta Kappa) the answer is Yes. She is eligible, and yes, some Sais Students are offered admission to Phi Beta Kappa:. :)
