SAT 1990 Chance me please!!!

<p>Chance me please!!!!
I'm an international student from South Korea.
I currently live in Madison Wisconsin.
I've been in the state for almost 4 years.</p>

<p>MY SAT score is 1990 and it will probably go up to 2020~2040 when i take it tommorow.</p>

<p>Reading- 520
Writing- 670
Math- 800</p>

<p>In my first year (freshman in high school) in the state, my GPA sucked. it was like 3.2
but after i crushed my language barrier, my GPA constantly went up and now is over 4
(I will also talk about this language barrier thingy on my college essay)</p>

<p>My cululative - 3.63</p>

3. Boston College
4. North Carolina Chapel Hill
5. UIUC (Urbana...)
6. William and Mary

8. Penn State

<p>Boston University and U of Mich seem like matches.</p>

<p>Do you need financial aid? Because only BU, BC, UNC-CH, and USC will provide financial aid for out of state students, and if you need an F1 visa, only USC, BU, and BC.
Check to see if graduating from a WI high school doesn’t make you a WI resident for college admission purpose, and if that also works for the WI-MN agreement.
Since you live in Madison Wisconsin, two obvious choices would be University of Wisconsin Madison and UMN Twin Cities.
In addition, you’ll be limited by your TOEFL Score. TOEFL isn’t a big deal, you only need to reach the school’s stated threshold and once you’re there, there’s no need to increase it. For instance, USC requires a 100, as do Boston College and William&Mary so you can’t apply there until you’ve reached 100.
How did you choose these universities? They run the gamut in terms of selectivity, location, “vibe”…</p>
