<p>Hey guys. So I just want to know what is the difference between The Official SAT 1st edition and the The official SAT 2nd edition? Like beside there are 3 new tests, is there anything else that is different? Is there better tips on the prepping sections? Okay thanks!</p>
<p>The 3 new tests are actual SATs. The others are not. Therefore you should use the 2nd edition. I wouldn’t use the blue book for strategies - just for practice tests, and to practice problems.</p>
<p>Well I have the 1st edition at home (never touched it). ANd my library has the 2nd edition. So I was wondering maybe they had new, updated, tips and advice?</p>
<p>The strategy portion of the book is exactly the same in both editions.</p>

<p>Get the second edition. Don’t bother using it for test-taking tips. But the 3 additional tests are the most valuable.</p>
