<p>Hey, I have a friend who's planning to take the SAT and ACT (mostly ACT) and he needs practice tests. Are there any (I know there's one on Collegeboard for SAT) free ones online or does he have to buy books?</p>

<p>You can usually take a free practice test for both ACT and SAT on testing prep sites(princeton review, kaplan, petersons, sparknotes, ect.)</p>
<p>ACT site has a free sample test you can take and you can buy practice tests from their store for $5 each.</p>
