So I took the SAT in October 2015 and got a 740 on math, but when I looked at the score report, it said I missed 1 question and skipped 1. Is the curve usually this drastic, because in past practice tests I’ve taken, a raw score like that usually gets me a 750-770. Or does the score vary based on how everyone else did?

Well this must have been SAT I right? That curve is pretty silly. I suggest you take SAT Math II; that curve is much more generous.
