<p>if anything, my examples should prove that you dont need really heavy/scholarly examples to score well on the essays haha (although it might be what’s hindering me from the 11/12 that i want!)</p>

I was running out of time and had lots of space left so I made up the the third example, which was the most childish and simple example one could’ve made up. :)</p>

<p>Just to clarify my Barack Obama example, I basically used his life and how he was determined to become president. Fit really nicely into the January 2009 prompt.</p>
<p>I got a 10 on the March 2009 Essay:</p>
<p>1st Example - Animal Testing
2nd Example - Steroids in Sports
3rd Example - Bernie Madoff</p>
<p>I got a 12, and I used Jim McGreevey and a story from an episode of The Golden Girls. (This was for the June one)</p>

Macbeth (how he was an incompetent ruler)
Personal example involving competition with my friend who was a genius and got a 33 on his ACT as a sophomore with no studying while I only got a 30 as a sophomore at the same time with moderate studying</p>
