SAT Help

I need help on SAT 2nd edition, Test 1 section 7. Pg. 417.

Five different points A, B, C, D, and E lie on a line in that order. The length of AD is 4.5 and the length of BE is 3.5. If the length of CD is 2, what is one possible value for the length of BC?

The answer I got is 1. Am I right? I don't have the answers to any of test 1... so that's why I'm asking.

Lets break it down.

CD - 2

So AC = 2.5

BC + DE = 1.5

BC and DE has to be anywhere between .1-1.4

Since it is for both BC and DE, BC will have to be in in-equality…

x>0
x<1.5

So, yes 1 will be correct.
