I'll take SAT II Lit. for the 1 st time in June/2005. I want a 700+ score. Anyone please recomend me any book to read? Which prep. books I should use? any study tips? Any help will be appreciated,
thanks

Become adept at analysis and especially at knowing what they're looking for. Don't overanalyze and think "well this is true too...maybe they mean this..." just go for what you know they mean. It's very similar to reading comprehension for SAT verbal, but with harder passages. Maybe read some poems and their commentaries to familiarize yourself with poetry. Sorry about not recommending prep books, but I'm not qualified to recommend any.

swith out if you want to. i took a practice test at B&N for math ic and lit.
math 1c- 790
lit- 680
both from 22 real sat iis and im pretty decent at literature. im thinking to switiching to us history. just my opinion on the lit test is that they ask you what they think rather than what you think. hope this helps

Honestly I didn't make up my mind yet, may I aks is SAT II US History is a test that we can study for? Can I self-study for it? Any prep. books I should use to study for US His.?

us history is easy to self study for. i liked barrons and kaplan.

Wuthering Heights and Pride and Prejudice are good.. As far as prep books go, I used the PR Writing/Lit book. It familiarizes you with terms, which is pretty much all a Literature prep book is good for.
