If you registered for only one SAT II (the one coming this saturday) is it possible to add one more on the day of the test? I heard that this is possible.

You can add another test, I think that the College Board just bills you the extra fee later on.

Whitesox is right.

This is from the College Board website:

Of course, you’ll need to pay for the additional test. What’s a little unclear from their website is whether you also need to pay the hefty $38 “Standby fee” that’s charged to people who just show up to take a test without having pre-registered.

You only need to pay $9 for each additional subject test as long as you already registered for subject test originally. I called college board to confirm this since DD will add extra test this saturday. In addition, I asked the following 2 question while on the phone:

Q1 - When will I be billed?
A. - When the test is graded, college board will notice the extra tests and the bill will be sent.

Q2 - Will the score be delayed due to the fact that the extra test is not paid for yet?
A. - No! college board won’t hold up the score for $9

Hope this helps.

Okay thanks! One more question though: if you want to cancel one sat II score on your test date, do you have to cancel all of them?

bumppppppp

Looks like all will be canceled

Edit:
There’s exceptions. Quote from the same link
“If equipment fails during a Mathematics Level 1 or Mathematics Level 2 test or during a Language Test with Listening, a student can request to cancel just the scores on the affected test, and still have the other Subject Tests scored.”
