SAT II Score Circumstances

I am thinking of trying to transfer to a school that has a policy that requires you to either send all of your SAT II scores or none of them.

Now, I took 4, and I got 790 Chem, 800 US Hist, 770 Math II, 640 Latin.

However, the only reason I took the Latin one was because it was mandatory for my Latin class. Because of this, I wasn't able to take the Math II test right at the end of my Precalculus course, causing me to get a lower score in that test also. I'm worried that the 640 Latin looks pretty bad (I don't think it represents my best work at all), even though I'm not going to be a classics major.

It's optional whether I send my scores for the transfer application, but those other high scores may give me an edge. If I did send my scores, I would probably want to explain the situation to the admissions committee, but my concern is that there is either no medium for me to do that or they just don't care. I don't know how meaningful SAT II scores are in transfer applications- does anyone have any advice?

Thanks in advance for any responses.
