My son has signed up to take SAT II's this weekend and also in June (1 on Sat and 2 in June). I think I've read somewhere that even if you only registered for one test, you can take an additional one at the same sitting (i.e.decide to do so a the last minute while at the test site). Is this true? How would one go about doing that? He was thinking that he might want to go ahead and take one of the ones that he would have to take in June anyway while he was there in May, if it was allowed.
Thanks!

Your son can choose ANY Subject tests in any order (up to three tests); he’ll need to tell the proctor about the change; the College Board will then send you a bill ($9 each additional test).

Great…thanks for letting me know!
But now I’m wondering…if we’ve already paid for the test (for the June date) will they bill us again? I mean, we paid for one test in May and 2 in June…if he ends up taking 2 in May and 1 in June (still taking a total of 3), will they double charge us? Hope this is not too confusing!

The CB is much more willing to bill then refund. You may want to call them, but I am afraid they won’t be very cooperative.
Maybe you should plan on taking this test again in June - on a quest for a higher score?

Thanks…I called College Board and he can take another (up to 3) just by letting the proctor know and they’ll bill us. But, they won’t apply what we paid for June to the May test (or refund it if he only takes 1 in June.) I think we’ll just have him take 1 or 2 tomorrow and still take the 2 in June; he might need to take another anyway!
Thanks for your help!
