SAT Make up

..............................

What did you get for the math problem that gave four squares and asked to combine them and find the smellest perimeter. Also what did you get for the question about the price of the volleyballs.

I got 24 for the questions with the squares. I couldn’t figure out any other way to solve that problem other than guess and check… and that was the lower answer I received after trying a few combinations.

Can’t remember what I got for the volleyball question though…

I thought the test was pretty good…what do you think?

I thought the math sections were really easy, but I am really confused about the volleyball question. If I am not mistaken it went someething like this. " One volleyball costs $36. If you buy 5-10 volleyballs there is a 5% discount off the total price. If you buy 11-24 volleyballs there is a 10% discount off the total price. If you buy 25+ volleyballs there is a 15% discount off the total price. How much greater is the price of buying volleyballs one at a time than buying volleyballs one at a time if you buy 24 volleyballs." I was confused because the answer should be $0 because they asked for the difference in cost of the same thing. But I think the answer they were looking for was .1(24(price of one volleyball)). What did you guys put?
