SAT March 10 2012

Thank You so Much.

Less than 2 days till the test!

Just took the SAT this morning, had extra math section. Does any one have any idea which one was expermintal? I think it was the first section.

Sorry, typo experimental

I also had an experimental math. I know it was 18 question 25min experimental section

Yes, 25 mins, was it your first section?

Yeah, I also had a math experimental (the 18 questions and 25 minutes).
It wasn’t the first one for me, but I had two of them

did you have the graph with sea shells?

I had a math experimental section that was 20 questions long. Section 7.

Do remember any of the questions in it?

What did everybody think of it in terms of difficulty?
Any Curve Predictions?

I had a writing experimental section, 35 questions, 25 min.
Overall, I think it is an average difficulty test.

I remember what I thought was the math experimental section- I think the last question was about a triangle, and you were given two angles (45 and 60) and one side (opposite the 45º, length of 4 root3. It also had some problem with dots, lol
Anyone know how to do that triangle one?

The test was much easier than I expected it to be but I’m not getting too cocky cuz I already found out I got 3 questions wrong in the math section cuz i didnt read the question correctly but I’m hoping for the best

Yes, one was a 30-60-90 and the other was a 45-45-90. I solved the 30-60-90 first and used the joined side to solve the 45-45-90. The answer was E.

Superasian: my friend who had reading dummy had that math section you’re talking about. I think the answer to the question you’re talking about is 12.

I thought that was the experimental section too, the section with the triangle and the dots.

The triangle one was like 6+ 2root 3 or something like that, wasn’t it?

The one with the dots was 512

Really? I thought the experimental section was the one about finding the probability with the nine tiles?

Did anyone get the percent question?
Was it 25% or 33.3%

I put 25%…
