SAT Perfect Scores

<p>Sorry if this has been answered before. I tried searching for it but couldn't find it. Does anyone know how many perfect SAT scores there are in a given year, and how many people total take it? I couldn't find this information anywhere. I don't mean just one sitting, I meant for the entire year. And single sitting scores only.</p>
