<p>I know the deadlines expire at midnight, but what does that really mean? For example, the deadline for the June 4th test is May the 10th. Does this mean that the registration deadline expires at midnight when the calendar rolls to May 10th or at midnight when the date changes to May 11th?</p>

<p>As soon as it hits midnight May 11th, it becomes late registration. But also remember that it’s midnight eastern time!</p>
