<p>I know that the registration deadline for the oct SAT is sept 7th, but in NYC public schools, school doesnt open until sept 8th. I want to register with a fee waiver but I can't get one in time before the deadline. I've emailed collegeboard and my school and haven't recieved a response yet.
Any advice on what I should do?

<p>not the same problem, but i have some problem with the registration. when i type my adress and phone number, it says 'please enter a valid... ... should include digits, alphabets...' no idea what went wrong.So anyway i couldn't continue with the registration</p>
