how much is it to rush deliver SAT scores to a school? and I've been hearing that if a school receives scores electronically, there is not much difference between getting scores rush delivered vs. letting CB deliver it 'normally'- is that true?

$30 per college. Most colleges have electronic delivery to an on-line account the school has with College Board. If you order rush, score will likely be put into the college’s on-line account within one to two business days of your order. If you order regular, it can take a little longer to do that. Before considering doing rush, consider also: (a) many colleges state that they do not want rush scores so you need to check the college’s rule; (b) rush is most often not needed. For example, colleges with December 1 application deadline (likely what you are considering rush for now) accept scores that arrive after the deadline and if, on or before Dec 1, you place your order to send the score regular delivery you are fine.

Ok, thank you.

What do you mean? Is that only when you order the scores after the scores comes out? … if you indicated what schools you want your scores to be sent to before the scores (and the test- so if you order with the 4 free score reports), won’t the scores be sent immediately when the scores come out as there will not be a ‘wait’ time (for CB to wait on user response of whether he/she wants the scores sent)

I’m planning to apply to a school with a January 1 deadline, but they said if I take the Jan. SAT test, I have to get a rush report.

Do rushed score reports mention that the scores were rushed? Or is it identical to a regular score report?
