I'm a senior applying to a handful of schools January 1st, and as I was getting ready to send all my scores, I noticed that my December 2010 SAT Subject Scores did not show up. Instead, next to the date, it says "Not yet available". All my other scores are there.. but my old subject score suddenly disappeared. I got an 800 on Math 2 and I would like to send that to my colleges; anyone familiar with this problem? I tried calling collegeboard today (During business hours EST) and all I got was an automated response.

What do I do???

Call again, write an email. If you got an automated response, there should be an option where you can be directed to an actual worker. Also, maybe your scores have come out late? A few people do get their results later than the scheduled release date.
Good luck!

it says that all “actual workers” are unavailable–I’m guessing Christmas? My scores already came out before… about a year ago to be precise.
Thanks anyways!

Anyone else have this problem before?

Sometimes that happens for a little bit after new scores are released. The others seem to “disappear” and don’t show up. This happened to both me and a friend of mine last year. But if you go to send them, they should still appear as an option to be sent.

As for the “not yet available” scores, those I would keep calling them about until they either release the scores or tell you what’s going on. Collegeboard did the same thing to me last year with AP scores, and I had to keep calling them daily to find out anything because everyone claims to not know what’s going on. Just keep calling/emailing them if you want to make sure those scores get sent to colleges on time. Because trust me, College Board couldn’t care less about individual cases, so you’ve got to take it upon yourself to be your own best advocate and get those scores sent out!

Good luck!

Ahh. I see. It’s strange because my disappeared scores say “not yet available”. I’m goign to try to call them Monday.

Ah ok. I thought your old scores disappeared and your new ones said “not yet available.” Well either way, hopefully this all gets resolved! As I mentioned, try going to the send-scores function and see if they show up then.
