SAT Scores for Tests Not Taken

I registered for the SAT on a date where I didn't end up taking it due to being sick. Obviously, as I didn't take it, I didn't receive a score. However, now that I'm sending score reports out to colleges via the college board website, the date appears on the list (with no scores listed beside it). Does this matter or not? There is the option to un-select it, but if I un-select it, will schools that require all scores sent see that? Or is it okay if I just leave it on there with the rest of the scores?

This is not confusing to schools. Don’t worry. And if you do use score choice, schools do not know that you have ‘unselected’ a testing date.
