It still says "Check back on April 11 for March 12 SAT scores."

Still no as unlucky as me. I made NO mistakes yet i'm still not gonna get an 800 b/c i didn't have time to grid in one answer. In hindsight, i regret not just flipping back in the middle of another section and gridding in the answer. How i ironic, when taking the test, i though i'd feel guilt if i went back and gridded in the answer, now i feel stupid that i didn't.

oh please!
i've hit 800 before..
imagine my shock when i found out that i made not one, but three terribly stupid mistakes!
i'd take a 790 (possibly 800) over a 740 (possibly 700) anyday.

haha
flyinv.. the body never suited my taste.
i always preferred the jackson rr models.

Umm...did that make sense to anyone?

Anywho, i know that you'd take my score over yours. But at least you got yours wrong because you made mistakes, however careless or easily preventable they were. I made NO mistakes, yet i'm still getting penalized b/c i didn't have 10 seconds to grid in an answer. If the proctor had called time a little later (she was always about 30 seconds off, happened to be early this section), my score would have been up to 40 pts higher, depending on the curve.

However, if i still get a 790 or 800 like you said, i'd be happy. The thing is, i doubt the curve will be that generous.

flyinv, I doubt your score would be below 780. i would think most likely it will be 790, but I don't think -1 will be good enough for an 800...the test wasn't too hard.

I'm in the same position as you, although i did make one legitimate mistake when i ran out of time. =)

You seem to be taking it alot better than i am.
starts yelling at world for being unfair :P

haha
sorry i assumed that you played the guitar

7 Days Left...

would my 800 on the Old SAT Math substitute for the New? i don't think i tackled an 800 this time... o.O

if ur Junior, might not.. check with college website or contact admission officer.. many colleges do.. but some selective ones dont..
If you are Senior applying Late Decision, yes it will

I never saw the "Check back April 4th for more information" notice on CB's website. Just what did they post April 4th anyway?

Nothing, dual... at least not yet.

you guys should calm down...

just wait, breathe, etc. etc.

zxchen. many private colleges and universities have made the decision for the class of 06 to accept the highest composite score, whether it's old SAT or new SAT (for example, Williams). However, most public universities will only accept new SAT scores (for example, the UCs). It's best to check with the colleges in which you are interested.

6 days left...

u cant use old SAT composite scores unless u have taken SAT II Writing which u cant take anymore

I'm breathing, I'm breathing... I'm breathing a little too fast... =P

Watch... hospitals accross the nation hit record highs on April 11th from all the people who have fainted from seeing their scores...

:

Alas! It appears CB did not use the downtime to post our scores. Oh well...
