<p>Well @entomom, I am not confused coz of any circumstance… but I just want to know when is the best time to send it. I mean, now-wont it be too early? I wont send my application earlier than 20 december…</p>
<p>The best time to send is before the deadline. If you send your score report (or any other part your supporting materials) before you submit your application, schools start a file for you and when your packet is complete they assess your admission.</p>
<p>As far as the circumstance causing you confusion that I asked for, you could have said something in your OP like: “I’m not applying to schools until mid-Dec, should I send my scores now or should I wait until after I submit?”</p>
