Hello, I will be taking a subject test w/ listening this upcoming November. I was wondering, what kind of CD player is allowed and how exactly the listening section works.

You play the CD and answer questions about the spoken dialogue. The listening section is 20 minutes long and is worth 1/3 of the overall score. The exam must be the first one on the day. You cannot replay parts of the CD.
