SAT Subject Tests - Free score report credits until Feb 6, 2012?

OK, I've just registered for my first SAT Subject Tests ever (for next year's admission). On collegeboard site, after logging in, it's written that my 4 score report credits are to be used until Feb 6.
Please, tell me how am I supposed to decide to which colleges my scores would be sent to if i wouldn't even know my scores?
I thought I would sent all of my scores much later, on fall 2012 after two or more SATs written choosing the best of them and using these free credits. If i want to do it this way, i have to pay for scores' submission to each single college, am i right?

For every SAT test date you get four free sends to colleges. However, they must be designated before the score comes out or they are forever lost. Thus, to have free sends requires you to send before knowing score. You do not have to designate colleges in the test and can thus just not have any free sends. The scores can be sent later when you take another test as part of that test’s free sends, or you can just later order them sent to colleges for $10.50 per college.

Ok, thanks a lot.
I think that’s stupid… Free credit aren’t worth paid one. That means more costs. Ok, nevermind.
