Say what?

Please help! I have just taken the Nov SAT - will decide when to retake when results are out. Anyway I'm a bit confused (to say the least) about the whole score-sending thing:

Do I have to list which colleges I want to send my scores to within the next days? Can I still do so after these 8 days ie. when we actually know what our scores are?!

I am taking my subject tests in December so if the above is indeed correct (having to send before you see), will I be forwarding my SAT II scores on to colleges separately??

I appreciate that everyone must be stressed with their own college applications/interviews etc but any help would be absolutely GREAT!!!! Thank you :)

You have free sends (up to four colleges) and pay for sends. If you list a college now as one the four free sends then score from Nov (and any prior tests unless you excercise score choice) will go to that college without additonal charge. If you wait to send when score comes out you will have to pay a fee per send per college. In other words, you can always wait to send scores until after they come out, but you get charged for the send. You can get a free send only by listing the college as one the four to automatically get scores as soon as they come out. In other words, a free send requires you to go “blind” meaning you will not know the score before deciding to send.

December will work the same way. If you list a college as one of the four free sends and do not exercise score choice, that college will get your Dec test scores and all prior scores, SAT and SAT IIs(including any Nov test score). If you wait to order scores until after they come out, you will be charged a fee per college and the college will get all Dec and prior scores unless you exercise score choice.
