Bic or Papermate?

We cant start this NOW guys...or maybe we can...who votes to start it now and who votes to wait?

I vote to start it now - i'm impatient and it'd be one more thread to check every 10 seconds. :)

And Beth, IM me or something (Mrmilk091)

TJ I would definitely IM you, but I'm supposed to be writing an essay, so I've renamed my instant messager application so I won't know where to find it. LOL

And I vote to START IT!

cheese greater. OUCH I got an email confirmation today, too! :)

i just sent in my 2nd application (to the University of Mary Washington... a safety...) i'm kinda scared they'll reject me though bc i'm way above their average stats.. oh well.. i applied for honors though. wish me luck :)

good Luck!!

(I believe that's called "Tufts Syndrome")

haha. yea :) thanks

tufts syndrome?

Tufts is a safety school for alot of people who apply to Harvard and MIT, and they don't like being a safety school...so there is a myth that if your stats seem too good for them, they'll reject you. Personally, I think it's just something made up by arrogant applicants with awful personal qualities and great stats who can't imagine why anyone would turn them down.

And long time no see, ritz!

hahah good explanation

yeah I think this site is making me even more apprehensive about college so I decided to take a break from it... but I ran out of other procrastination methods so I'm back!

LOL I have a long list of procastination methods, if you'd like some inspiration...

haha :) tufts is a great schol though

there are 33 days left, that is driving me INSANE!

haha yea... i'm applying to tufts... but not as a safety. have you seen their stats?!

are anybody elses friends sick and tired of hearing about Yale Yale Yale? i kno mine are.... and i know thats my fault. but i cant help it. eeek.

I'm actually sick of my friends talking about universities... I personally am making a special effort to mention schools anymore, after I realized how annoying it could become.

I actually made the decision to not tell my friends or peers that I'm applying early to Yale. I'm putting enough pressure on myself. I don't need a ton of people coming up to me on the 16th and asking whether or not I got in.

There was a girl last year who applied EA to Harvard and everyone knew. She got rejected and had to deal with tons and tons of people coming up to her and asking whether or not she got in. I don't want that to happen.

Hmm... here lies the problem. I've already told people that I applied EA to Yale, but now I don't want that pressure anymore.

Is there someway, I can erase their minds?

haha - im with you Davidrune!

You rescinded your EA application and instead decided to apply to...(Harvard, Williams, Amherst, etc....fill in the blank)?

You wanted more time to work on your essays so you decided to apply RD?

You decided to go to Beauty/Astronaut/Hairdresser school?
